[dropcap]H[/dropcap] Warner Bros. είχε ανακοινώσει πως η τέταρτη ταινία του θρυλικού franchise The Matrix θα προβληθεί στις 21 Δεκεμβρίου και πλέον το νέο logo για την ίσως σηματοδοτεί και αλλαγή στον τίτλο. H Warner Bros. παρουσίασε τις ταινίες για το 2021 που θα βγουν σε σινεμά και HBO Max και πλέον ο τίτλος και το logo άλλαξαν και είναι Matrix, όπως θα δείτε στο παρακάτω βιντεάκι.
Στην ταινία The Matrix 4 πρωταγωνιστές είναι οι Keanu Reeves και Carrie-Anne Moss, ξέρουμε ότι θα παίξουν οι Neil Patrick Harris (Ηow I Met Your Mother), Jada Pinkett Smith, Jessica Henwick (Iron Fist), Jonathan Groff (πρωταγωνιστής στην σειρά Mindhunter), Toby Onwumere, Yahya Abdul-Mateen II (Aquaman, Us, σειρά Watchmen), ο Max Riemelt του Sense8, Eréndira Ibarra, Priyanka Chopra Jonas, Andrew Caldwell, Ellen Hollman, Daniel Bernhardt.
Παράλληλα ανακοινώθηκαν και οι επιστροφές στα παλιά… λημέρια για τους Chad Stahelski, David Leitch, οι οποίοι πριν ξεκινήσουν την σκηνοθεσία με τα John Wick ήταν stunt directors. Η Lana Watchofsky θα είναι σε σενάριο και στη σκηνοθεσία, με το The Matrix 4 να εστιάζει ήρωες του «σύμπαντος» Neo και Trinity, ενώ στην παραγωγή θα είναι οι Warner Bros. Pictures και Village Roadshow Pictures.
