[dropcap]Η[/dropcap] σειρά Batwoman σταμάτησε οριστικά πλέον στην τρίτη σεζόν και δεν θα έχει τέταρτη. Είχε για τις δυο τελευταίες σεζόν αντικαταστάτρια την ηθοποιό του God Friended Me, Javicia Leslie και αποτέλεσε την πρώτη μαύρη γυναίκα, η οποία υποδύθηκε τον χαρακτήρα.
Η σειρά βασίστηκε στον χαρακτήρα με πραγματικό όνομα Kate Kane και ως Batwoman που έχει ως στόχο να πατάξει την διαφθορά και την εγκληματικότητα στο Gotham και μένει να δούμε ποια θα την αντικαταστήσει.
H Caroline Dries είναι σεναριογράφος και παραγωγός, οι Greg Berlanti και Sarah Schechter θα είναι επίσης παραγωγοί, μαζί με τις Berlanti Productions και Warner Bros. Television.
