[dropcap]Η[/dropcap] σειρά Batwoman είχε μια μεγάλη έκπληξη καθώς εδώ και καιρό αποχώρησε η πρωταγωνίστρια Ruby Rose, αλλά αντικαταστάτρια της είναι η ηθοποιός του God Friended Me, Javicia Leslie, που αποτελεί την πρώτη μαύρη γυναίκα που θα παίξει τον χαρακτήρα και έχουμε νέα πρόσωπα.
Συγκεκριμένα έχουμε την Leah Gibson θα βρεθεί στην σειρά ως η Tatiana μια δολοφόνος που δεν “μασάει”, έχει το παρατσούκλι The Whisper και είναι βοηθός της Safiyah, ενώ ο Nathan Owens θα παίξει τον “αθόρυβο” Ocean.
Η σειρά βασίζεται στον χαρακτήρα με πραγματικό όνομα Kate Kane και ως Batwoman που έχει ως στόχο να πατάξει την διαφθορά και την εγκληματικότητα στο Gotham και μένει να δούμε ποια θα την αντικαταστήσει.
H Caroline Dries είναι σεναριογράφος και παραγωγός, οι Greg Berlanti και Sarah Schechter θα είναι επίσης παραγωγοί, μαζί με τις Berlanti Productions και Warner Bros. Television.
