To Atlanta έχει να κάνει με δυο ξαδέλφια με διαφορετική οπτική γύρω απο την εμπορευματοποίηση της τέχνης, προσπαθούν να ανέλθουν στην hip-hop σκηνή της Atlanta. O «Earnest ‘Earn’ Marks, ενας φιλόδοξος νεαρός που εγκατέλειψε το κολέγιο και ο αποξενωμένος ξάδελφος του Alfred Miles, ο οποίος θα γίνει ξαφνικά μεγάλο αστέρι της hip-hop.
Δημιουργός και σεναριογράφος είναι ο Donald Glover και πρωταγωνιστούν επίσης οι Brian Tyree Henry, Zazie Beetz, Emmett Hunter, Angela Ray, Terri Abney, Jane Adams, Zach AL-Chokhachi και Lakeith Stansfield.
