Πέθανε ο ηθοποιός Mark Margolis σε ηλικία 83 ετών, που αποτέλεσε έναν σπουδαίο καρατερίστα, γνωστό από τον ρόλο του Hector Salamanca σε Breaking Bad και Better Call Saul, αλλά όχι μόνο αυτόν.

 

Η ερμηνεία του στο Breaking Bad του έδωσε ένα βραβείο Emmy το 2012. Ο Margolis αποτελούσε σταθερό ηθοποιό των ταινιών του Darren Aronofsky (Requiem for a Dream (2000), The Fountain (2006), The Wrestler (2008), Black Swan (2010), Noah (2014)) και πρωταγωνιστή στην πρώτη ταινία του σκηνοθέτη, Pi (1998).

Ηταν επίσης γνωστός ως Alberto “The Shadow” στο Scarface και Antonio Nappa στην σειρά Oz. Παράλληλα, είχε παίξει και στις σειρές The Equalizer, Quantum Leap, Oz, Law & Order, Crossing Jordan, Californication, κ.α.
