Aν υπάρχει κάποιο γεγονός που κλέβει την παράσταση κάθε χρόνο, τότε αυτό δεν είναι άλλο από τα Oscar. Φέτος, ανακοινώθηκαν λοιπόν οι νικητές των Oscar, σε μια χρονιά που υπήρξε πολύ μεγάλος ανταγωνισμός, ωστόσο ξεχώρισαν το Everything Everywhere All at Once, με 7 νίκες (οι 5 στις μεγάλες κατηγορίες) και το All Quiet on the Western Front με 4.
Tα 96α Oscar ανακοινώθηκαν κι επίσημα πλέον πως θα γίνουν την Κυριακή 10 Μαρτίου 2024, με τις προθεσμίες για τις ταινίες να είναι στις 18 Νοεμβρίου και τις shortlists να ξεκινούν από τις 18 Δεκεμβρίου, ενώ οι υποψηφιότητες θα ανακοινωθούν στις 23 Ιανουαρίου.
